They just call you in to talk about your experience on your resume (1st interview), then they call you back for an audition(you just work in kids club for an hour so they can see how you are with kids) if you made it past the first interview.

All very light: they will ask everyone the same question and ask about your experiences. Only the phone interview looks over your resume.
