I had 3 interviews it all went smoothly, but for the most part you need to read up on the mantra for lifetime they will ask you what it is and need to know it in order for you to work for lifetime. The second meeting was with the manager of the cafe which was quick and painless just say exactly what you said in the first one. The last interview is with the GM of the gym this one is the hardest and I would recommend saying exactly what you said in the first and third interviews.

It was easy, simple questions with the cafe manager. There is a second round with the general manager. Be more prepared with the common interview questions for the second interview.
it was quick and they were very nice. they asked the usual interview questions. they just made sure the morals lined up with theirs. they got back to me quick.

Make sure to do your research on the company because the general managers look for the proactive insight you have about he company and they can do for you, not just what you can do for them.
