I applied online through their website. I received a call from the Kids Manager. Followed by two in-person interviews. One was with the kids' manager. During this interview, she asked a lot of behavioral questions. The second interview was with the General Manager. In this interview, the GM asked if I knew the Lifetimes mission statement and a few basic questions like why I wanted the job.

There was a three step interview process for me. I first went to a company job fair hosted at one of the local hotels near the anticipated site of the new location. I met with the department assistant manager. The second interview was by invitation. I gave a demo lesson of the anticipated subjects. The third interview was with the general manager.
