The interview process was very quick. I had 3 Interviews; two with the Assistant Department and one with the Club manager. I really enjoyed my time here even though the pay was low the staff, managers, and parents were really great.

A few questions about childcare experience and managing conflict at work. They also asked about managing interactions with clients and customer service. The questions were fairly easy and relaxed. Not really that much to say about the interview process. It was pretty easy, but I did have an advantage, seeing that a friend was already working there and put in a good word for me.

I was asked the basic questions all lifetime members get asked. It has to do with their mission statement. For each quality in their mission statement, they ask you a question on how you exemplify that quality.

It was a quick and easy interview. The interviewer talked me through the job and asked me some basic questions. We spoke more on the casual side and had a friendly conversation. Good experience.
