First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.

Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.
