Thorough, but quick interview. In hindsight they were basically looking to see if I had at least some competency and a card. Operations manager did the interviews when I was hired, and he did a good job. Unfortunately he is no longer the one doing them.

I knew the job was mine the moment I walked in. I had proper certification and had heard they can't keep employees from people working in this field. They will call you soon after you apply and interview you quickly.
