Quick assignment prior to initial interview, followed by coaching case with CEO. Everyone was super enthusiastic, informative and supportive. The entire process was conducted online, and casual but professional. It was a nice surprise to have the CEO actively involved, and that he was so open and friendly.
Was contacted by recruiter and had an interview set up. I had to film myself answering interview questions and submit it to the company. It took a large amount of time and effort. About a month later, they sent me an automated email saying I was not selected for the job. It was a huge waste of time.

One Way Interview was a great way to interview. I had the chance to really decide what and how I was going to process each question. After the first interview is the Mock Coaching session which I still have to do.

I applied on Linkedin and got an email from them the next day inviting me to an interview (mock coaching). They also seemed to skip the first part of the process, which is the video response. They then asked me to book in the interview via a online calendar and there was only one available slot and that was the next day.
It was a very strange process where I had to act out a coaching session and received no feedback. I was told they would get back to me after a few days and one month later I still heard nothing. I assume they forgot to tell me I did not get the job. Not too impressed to be honest with their process.
