Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LifeHealthcare ( Australia) (Melbourne) nel mese di set 2019
Colloquio
Phone screening with HR, the 1:1 interview.
Absolutely pathetic phone interview, with HR not even knowing the role or products.
I progressed to second round but declined when they couldn’t even send me the position description. They couldn’t care less that l had NO information about what the portfolio actually was-Waste of Time!

Detail your career experience and how it relates to this role?
(Don’t bother asking questions because they don’t know)

Colloquio
Brief HR phone screening, unexpected and out of the blue whilst l was at work. No consideration of my time or situation. I didn’t have the position in front of me and HR didn’t seemed to care. Lifehealthcare have always been unprofessional and inconsiderate with poor social and emotional intelligence when recruiting.
2nd round interview- Lack of engagement and leadership steering the interview, with awkward pauses and silence whilst the division manager struggled to locate her interview questions? I tried to lift the energy level and sense of engagement by being social and warm to liven up the dead atmosphere. The interview was boring and lacklustre. There was no passion or excitement exhibited by either DM or HR. Quite pathetic really. The questions seemed to rely on pre conceived assumptions by the DM who definitely saw me as competition. This company has always feared ambitious, strong and successful women. They feel the need to diminish talent and feel threatened by successful applicants.
