First there were multiple assessments. All three were multiple choice questions. One was a basic assessment on if you match the job role and the work involved. The other was a personality test to see if you match the type of person they are looking for. Finally there was a situational judgement test. It took about 20min to complete. Finally there was a one way online interview where you have to answer questions and record it.

Sent an online one-way interview that asked multiple questions. All the answers were recorded in a video. There was also a personality test that was quite long. They look to see if you match their company culture.
30 min phone screening with 3 questions about job related material. One phone interview for 40 minutes which may have a job offer on the spot. Questions like what lab experience do you have? Have you worked shifts before? Can you handle a fast paced work environment?
