Applied online. Within a week of applying I was asked to do a video interview. Then it took over a month to do a phone interview. The interviewer did not seem prepared, was unsure of what questions to asked and seemed flustered at times. Also, it appeared the interviewer had not reviewed much about the candidate. I made sure HR and the interviewer were aware of time constraints I had with my working schedule and they did not seem to mind. Then at the end of the phone interview, I was told my other work schedule would not work. Seemed very unprofessional throughout most of the process.
