The first initial interview is a 47 minute virtual interview that is automatic. The questions pop up on the screen, and you have a certain amount of time to answer. Second round is a meeting with the hiring manager. Third is a face to face with the hiring manager. And last is a meeting with business director. My interview process was poor. After getting through the initial interview and meeting the manager, he agreed to move me to the next round and then told his recruiter to not move me on.
