The interview was over the phone and very comfortable. I was asked questions about my experience working with you, as well as my own vision for a program. I felt excited to work for a company with such great vision. If you have experience working with youth, then you will be asked about how you've managed youth in the past, as well as what your ideal program would look like. You must be able to pass a background and drug test. It's helpful to have any previous training experience on hand to talk about what you can add to the programs. Heart-centered learning and teaching are very important.
