Good. Phone interview was the first step. After successfully completing first step one to one interview is conducted. Employer usually responds in 1-2 weeks. Outcome is presented with an offer or decline based on two rounds of interview. Process is smooth and less stressful therefore it is great. However enviornment of interview is pretty informal.
