The interview process went well for the most part. I was interviewed by HR/management for about 45- 50 mins then given a tour. It took HR over a week to notify me I was not selected and I had to inquire on my own. I was given a turn around time but it came, and went. I think the interview should’ve been shorter since I got the vibe the HR recruiter wasnt interested. It doesn’t take that long to interview a candidate you don’t want to select. I wasn’t asking a bunch of questions or anything to draw out the interview. After the interview I was walked around the office. Staff seemed friendly including the manager who was in the interview. Side note: I did notice during the interview the actual HR recruiter was distracted. She started talking about a water machine “so she wouldn’t forget to mention it later” I don’t think someone with that short term of a memory should be in charge of hiring but ok. I guess if someone has a side conversation during your interview it’s a sign they’re not interested. Which is fine but make it quick instead. Thanks for the opportunity anyways.
