Very disjointed and the phone screen was conducted by a PM who was obviously cooking lunch and not paying full attention to the conversation. I understand the work from home mode is now universal, but blocking time for interviews should be encouraged as part of training for a hiring loop.

The process looks like: phone interview, technical interview, on-site interviews, and more if they need. The process was pretty straightforward. The recruiter was friendly and professional. Didn't ask me inappropriate questions about salary requirements in the beginning of the interview process like I thought they'd.
