A recruiter reached out to me through a friend / mutual LinkedIn connection. I had a screener with her, a phone interview with the VP of Customer Success, then two on-sites in Palo Alto. The entire interview process took about 3 weeks, which would have been shorter if not for the interviews taking place during the holidays and meet catching a cold. In the first on-site, I met with the CEO, CTO, and a Ad Ops manager (peer in the role I was interviewing for). The first set of interviews were partially focused on my experience, then moved onto cases and problems designed to gauge my math and logic skills. It was pretty fun and I was quite impressed with the folks I met with. The second set of interviews, I met with an Ad Ops Lead (day-to-day manager) and the VP of Customer Success (group manager). The second set of interviews were more behavior-focused, how would you react to XYZ scenario and a few more... character-based questions I suppose? Also had a really great time and enjoyed speaking with both. Received an offer about a week later, which I unfortunately declined. Really, really impressed with this team and expect big things from them. A special shoutout to Amanda, my recruiter, who was really great throughout the process.
