Generally the process was quick and smooth, although it felt as if the expectations of me were way too high given the experience on my CV. It almost felt as they either did not know the difference between Entry-level/Junior experience and mid-level experience or they had way too high expectations. Especially considering they were offering a salary you would expect to offer a junior and were expecting a minimum years of experience that lines up with that of a junior's.

The main thing they got me to do was a technical test.
Originally they expected me to create an entire project containing a login system, user registration, user roles with individual security levels, a way to create, edit and delete events, a system that would export a client list to CSV, a mail system and a couple other features... OVER MY WEEKEND.
