I applied through some consultancy. They approached me via my naukri profile. There was 2 technical Rounds followed by 1 managerial round & HR discussion. Technical roudns plays major role to crack this process. Managerial round is focused on candidate's skill set and willingness to take challenges and learn new technologies and tools if required. HR discussion is focused on salary negotiation.
