The process took about three weeks. I applied online through indeed. I got a email inviting me to a phone interview there they asked the basic questions about your background and your experience working with kids. The phone interview went well and I got another interview invitation on zoom. There i met with the center director and the owner. Very nice people I’m Not going to lie i thought i did bad. The phone and zoom interview were questions, however I was a little nervous but once i started talking about teaching and the love i have for my former students i felt comfortable and started talking to the two as if I known them forever. The last interview was a teacher interview. They just want to see how you comfortable you are in front of a “class”. My number one tip is being yourself and you will shine through.
