My interview was really great. The recruiter reached out/responded timely, I was greeted when I arrived and made to feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated kind greetings from everyone I met, including the receptionist! I met with 4 people and met an additional 2 people casually, allowing me to get a great feel for the company culture and atmosphere. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming.

Mostly behavioral questions - they really wanted to find out if I would fit in with the Lighthouse culture, but also if my career goals would align with my job responsibilities and whether I would be challenged. They took genuine care in whether this position would be right for me.
