The interview process at Lighthouse went exactly as outlined by their internal recruiter(s), which led to incredible experience from start to finish. The VP that I will be reporting to was also very transparent throughout the entire process, where I stood and when a decision was going to be made. On a scale of 1-10, it was a 12!!

It was necessarily about an abundance of experience, but more about what a new team member could contribute to their corporate culture, which is huge at Lighthouse.
The interview process consisted of initial screening/qualifying interview with the corporate HR team. The following step was to interview with the hiring manager. Third step was the multiple person interview (not a panel interview), that consisted of 2 - 3 hour window interviewing with three different team members from Lighthouse. Each of the three interviews were approximately 45 minutes during that window. The last step was a quick follow up with the hiring manager to discuss timeline and interview thoughts. The entire interview process took about 5 - 6 weeks.

They did a really great job asking questions and having conversations that related to the industry. Questions that touched on my knowledge and experiences within the industry. Questions in regards to successes and challenges faced during my career.
