Phone interview with HR
Panel interview (phone) with hiring manager, two other managers, general manager + HR
Half-day on-site/ in-person interview with various managers, included personality, skills, IQ test.
Follow-up phone interview with VP in HQ.
People overall were courteous and open. All seemed dedicated, passionate about what they do.
However I got the impression (expressed clearly by hiring manager and even the higher-ups); not sure what would have held them back from making an offer... oh well, I found them to be good people.
