The interview was broken down into several stages with the HR staff and then with the director and manager of sales. Overall, it was a positive experience. I had all of my interviews via Zoom, a video conferencing app which was glitchy at best. All of the interviewers were pleasant and I was grateful that they provided clear next steps at the end of every chat so I was never left wondering what was next.

What type of work environment do you work best in?
The process was very personal and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and each stage felt well structured. I appreciated how the interviewers took the time to really understand my background and motivations, while also giving me a transparent view of the role and company culture.
The conversations were thorough but not overwhelming – a good balance of technical and situational questions, combined with open dialogue. It was clear they value diligence and authenticity, which made me feel comfortable and respected throughout. Overall, a very positive and fair process that left me motivated to join the team.

Ich hatte vier Gesprächsrunden, darunter einen case study. Alle Interviews verliefen wirklich angenehm, da jeder Interviewer mehr über die Person des Kandidaten erfahren wollte, anstatt sich ausschließlich auf die berufliche Laufbahn zu konzentrieren. Das war mal eine erfrischende Abwechslung.
