It started with a screening phone call interview to determine if I would be a good fit with the organizational culture and to get a feel of my knowledge and expertise. The second round of interview was an in-person meeting with the direct manager. Finally, the last round was with the HR business partner and VP Marketing. While this last meeting would normally be consolidated, it was separated into two 30-min interviews: one over video call and the other in person due to a conflict of schedules. Nonetheless, it went very smoothly as the communication with the recruiter was rather quick and seamless throughout the entire interview process.
