Call from the HR. She asked basic questions like why I was interested in Lightspeed etc. Then she scheduled the interview with the manager. The manager asked basic technical & design questions. I cleared that round and then the HR scheduled 2nd round. Second round was some basic technical question followed by pair programming session with two engineers. One of the engineer was not interested to talk. He was checking his mobile while talking. I received a mail few days later that they are not moving forward with me. I asked for the feedback but they said they can't send the feedback in the mail & asked me to schedule a meeting.
