I had to go through 3 interviews First one was with an amazing recruiter named “Natalie” who is very professional, loves & enjoy her job, very passionate about what she is doing as she asked me detailed questions to qualify me as a candidate. Her interview was very smooth and could clarify a lot of details regarding the position to ensure if I’m a good fit which gave me a great first impression about Lightspeed and the staff working there, and increased my passion to join this amazing team Second interview was with 2 managers and both of them were nice, professional, and asked me powerful questions regarding my previous work experience and explained for me everything about the position Last interview I did was with another sales manager and HR employee and again they asked me situational questions and I may deal with them My overall interview experience was amazing and I’m so excited and lucky to join such a big company and be part of an amazing friendly productive team
