I had a chat with the Talent Acquisition (internal) she was very clear and took her time to explain everything, I did full stages interview, including a quick task, chat with sales person from different teams and the final with the future manager - The whole process was pretty well organised. last interview: the manager didn't seem to perceive quite well my skills and seemed highly stressed and impatient, it was disappointing knowing the weeks spent on back and forth scheduling, especially coming from a top management employee. It put me off anyways to work for someone highly under pressure and who didn't seem to communicate or have interest.. maybe she knew already who will get the job or they are being very very picky on who they hire, in that case don't bother putting through candidates until last stages that aren't your 'standards'

The process was very personal and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and each stage felt well structured. I appreciated how the interviewers took the time to really understand my background and motivations, while also giving me a transparent view of the role and company culture. The conversations were thorough but not overwhelming – a good balance of technical and situational questions, combined with open dialogue. It was clear they value diligence and authenticity, which made me feel comfortable and respected throughout. Overall, a very positive and fair process that left me motivated to join the team.
