The interview process was very smooth. First, I received a phone call from the HR manager. It was a very casual phone call asking me for my experience, why I fit the role, why I'm looking to change careers, etc. I passed this interview and my next one was a 30-40 minute zoom interview with two of the managers at Lightspeed, followed by a ~10 minute mock call. The whole process was very smooth and enjoyable.

Ich hatte vier Gesprächsrunden, darunter einen case study. Alle Interviews verliefen wirklich angenehm, da jeder Interviewer mehr über die Person des Kandidaten erfahren wollte, anstatt sich ausschließlich auf die berufliche Laufbahn zu konzentrieren. Das war mal eine erfrischende Abwechslung.
