The process started with a screening call with HR, followed with a technical interview via zoom with the manager. Both of them made me feel at ease and the interviews went smoothly. The process itself was very fast, which shocked me in a positive way, being used to long wait times and little communication. So far, the people of Lightspeed have been very helpful and comunicative, I truly recommend applying, even if just for the interview experience.

Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I appreciated how quickly everyone responded to my questions and emails. Honestly one of the best interview experiences I've had.
