The best interview process I've had in my career so far!
I was reached out to by a member of their internal talent team, Priyanka Kinger, on LinkedIn. We connected over a call and she really took her time to understand my journey and what I could contribute to the role. In a world of automated system messages, this was so refreshing.
From our very first connect on LinkedIn, it took 1 week :
1 - connect to align on role and expectations, ensure fit,
2 - take home SQL test,
3 - interview with direct manager and stakeholder (verbal case study)
4 - offer!
the process was organic, respectful of my time and straight to the point.
