The whole interview process went smoothly up until the final interview with the senior manager and the team leader. The HR person has not gotten back to me about the result after I sent 2 emails in 3 weeks. It was natural for me to think that I didn't get the offer however, it is very unfortunate that they didn't have any balls to say it or even write it.
