Interview with the Manager + Team Lead + Case Study / Client Call Simulation
Objective: Test your ability to handle real-world client scenarios (analysis, communication, problem-solving).
Format:
Client Call Simulation – Respond to a client inquiry in real time, as if you were in the role.
