Throughout the process, there was a positive atmosphere, and actions were taken promptly. At one point, I needed to reschedule a meeting, and they graciously accommodated my request, finding another suitable date without any issue. The hiring team, particularly Fanni, who reached out to me, maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor, providing assistance both during my inquiries and throughout the offer stages. Overall, the communication was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the support provided was commendable.

Not fast, not slow. 3 steps, HR, manager, technical interview. If the managers approved you can have technical interview. If you have 3 4 years aviation systems engineer experience, it won’t be hard, but if less, it might be harder.
