Fully ghosted me after 3 rounds of interviews AND a lengthy design test. I reached out multiple times to the person I interviewed with, the hiring manager in HR and I never got as much as a reply back.

I had a recruiter call followed by a promising interview with the hiring team. Although they told me the next step was a design test, I was rejected a week later via a generic email from the recruiter with no explanation. I followed up to request feedback but never heard back. The role is STILL open and active on LinkedIn, so they're wasting everyone's time.
