Colloquio
• Recruiter Screen (30 min) – Intro call, role overview, basic Q&A
• Panel Interview (45 min) – Cold call roleplay + Q&A with SDR manager and GTM lead
• Final Interview (30–40 min) – Zoom call with Director of Sales Dev, focused on team structure, expectations, and coaching style
I liked everyone I talked to. They were vague about quota attainment numbers. They stalled after the final interview & didn't make a decision a week after (when they said they would) so I took an offer elsewhere. Still, aside from the grind and high turnover aspects, it seems like a good place to work.

Colloquio
The entire SDR interview process with very streamlined and efficient. One round with HR, one round with several SDR managers where they had you present information on a deck, and one round with their Director of Sales. The entire team was very engaged and asked great questions. They made the process comfortable and they were very upfront about what they expected from new hires and provided a lot of good examples and stories that demonstrated their company culture.
Great, 3 interviews. First with a screener then panel then dames director. Very comprehensive, I loved it. It really tested my sales skills and taught me areas of improvement. Will see how they are company culture wise
