I applied via LinkedIn, had an initial screen with a recruiter then onto hiring manager interview, 3 XFN interviews and final interview with the head of the team. The recruiter was great at setting upfront expectations of the process which was complemented in the written follow ups detailing the process and time commitment for each step. The recruitment coordinator requested availability for next interviews within a window of 10 business days which I found helpful and allowed me to book time slots around my existing commitments. I found the interview style more conversational compared to being heavy on behavioral questions which I appreciated. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptionally friendly and responsive to any follow questions via email that I had. They also followed up in the promised timelines with updates for me which really stood out to me in the current hiring market.
