Quite an intense interview, but a professional process and asked the right questions. As management myself I understand how tough it is to find good, and the right employees.
As a tip to any potential applicants, I wouldn't bother to apply if you simply are looking for 'secrets to personal shopping' and not prepared to work. Or simply want a 'job' and not a career. These guys will see it a mile off.
