Initial phone screen interview was fairly short and concise. I was asked to discuss about my previous experience working as a consultant and how those duties/responsibilities would align with the position being offered. The interviewer let me know their decision promptly.

It was a great experience. I was asked about my previous project management experience in the web application development space and describe my responsibilities in my previous job. There were some behavioral questions like conflict resolution, and why did I chose to apply for this company.
