I was asked a lot of professional questions related to what they do here. I was asked machining knowledge. I was asked about GD&T. Also behavioral questions. Two guys interviewed me. One HR and one Engineering Supervisor.
The process took about 4 weeks. I applied online on the company website. Interview was taken by Plant Engineering manager and HR Manager and was on Microsoft Teams. The interview questions were series of behavioral and situational questions. and was about 45 minutes long.

Single Interview, standard STAR-based questions. Interview included a practical question regarding manufacturing processes and some regarding personal goals and achievements. Interview was conducted at the facility, about one hour in length.

It was smooth, 4 people interviewed me together. It took 60 mins and I was asked about a lot of stuff. The technical part was not the main focus. The main focus was the personality. I passed the interview as they told me; however, the position was put on hold 2 days after, for unforeseen circumstances.
