The interview was in person and very comfortable. I got the sense that they were seeking motivated engineers that would be willing to jump right into new projects. Some technical questions, but no gotchas or anything like that, just making sure I had good engineering knowledge and know-how.

What experience do you have with automotive drivetrains?
The interview was easy and welcoming. The company did a good job explaining who they are and what the role would be. Interview was over the phone and then in person.
