Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lincare
Colloquio
Initial interview in person with center manager followed by a zoom interview with area manager. Easy and relaxed, felt like I got the job because of first impression (confidence is key).

Colloquio
Very fun and relaxed process. It was intimate and only me and my hiring manager and that was it. We had a normal conversation the entire time and went over my past experience. We asked questions back and forth

I requested to reschedule my interview with Lincare, Phoenix, AZ office, as I was meeting with an executive director from another company. They texted me back and said, "Hello, this is ***** who is this and yes, we need to reschedule. Definitely open to doing that." I texted back, remindingthe interviewer who I was and my availability (this was on a Friday and I was available as early as Monday) and I expressed my continued interest in Lincare. The interviewer ghosted me after that, ignoring my follow-up texts and failing to reschedule the interview. In my communications with the interviewer I was always professional and asked intelligent questions. I have excellent sales experience and a large network in the industry. I can think of absolutely no reason to not simply reschedule the interview. Important note: Interviewer came across as slightly rude and fairly gruff the first time I called but seemed to warm up to me by the end of our conversation. When I called back at a later date to confirm the details of the interview the interviewer seemed very impatient. My assumption is that when I had to reschedule, the interviewer lost their patience entirely. It's also possible that the interviewer just isn't very organized since they already had my number and upcoming interview on their calendar but then couldn't figure out who I was. I DO RECOMMEND that if you are going to apply with Lincare, that you do your research, including online reviews for the sales rep position as well as Lincare's legal problems. I don't shy away from the opportunity to assist in a company turnaround but you may feel differently. Also, base pay is low at $30K, so that is also something to consider.

Domanda 1
The interview was difficult in that the interviewer seemed disorganized and impatient. They ghosted me instead of rescheduling the interview as I respectfully requested.
Ask yourself this question: Do you want to work for a company that has horrible 1 star reviews from past sales employees and has had significant legal problems due to its billing practices? My answer was yes. The reason? I was impressed by the new CEO and I could see a path forward for change. That leads to my second question: Do you want to work for a company who's first contact with you is rude and disorganized? I was willing to try, given the fact that it could be expected that there would remain some problems early on such as internal issues, low morale, etc. Unfortunately, I was never given the chance to follow through with an interview.
