Like people said they give you a spelling test and a critical thinking test. I'm pretty sure I failed the spelling test, but they did not tell us if we failed or not. Me and another woman went to the next process of going through a practice exercise with the interviewer, and then we each got an interview.

Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
