The interview process was fairly straight forward, you went in and they gave you an overview of the company. They then administered some reading and comprehension tests ( make sure you have the knowledge to teach). Then I had a 1 on 1 interview with the director of the centre.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
