The 1st step was a phone interview, and you are called into the office for a screening. I was told the screening would take 2 hours and would consist of a spelling test & critical thinking exam. Upon arrival there were 4 others scheduled for the same exam & I witnessed 6 others leaving when I arrived. The spelling test was easy, but I did not connect how the exam related to the position. The results of the exam are not given to the candidates. Upon completion we told we would be contacted either by phone if we are selected for an interview or by mail if we were not.

Was sent a Google Drive with files about the company, the job description, school holidays etc. I was confused as it appeared to be a one way video interview. But it’s not, it’s a zoom interview with their HR. They canceled interview an 45 minutes before the interview. And the interview was scheduled a week in advance. Very unprofessional and not sure if it was automated

Do not waste your time interviewing with this company.
I was sent to the wrong address for this interview, despite asking the HR recruiter days beforehand which address of the 2 addresses provided was correct.
Despite giving a professional interview after I walked 20 extra minutes in the 80 + degree heat to the correct address, I was rejected within days. In addition, prior to this I was selected for a phone interview, the recruiter called me on a day and time that I did not include in the email of my availability.
