I started with a spelling test that consisted of two nonsense words, followed by a reading comprehension test (which was more logic based and easy to overthink the answers), all of which took about 45 minutes total. I then interviewed with the Center Director, which allowed me to ask questions and get a feel for the company.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
