I interviewed in April 2015 and like the reviewers before me, the process was EXACTLY as explained below. Plan on spending 2 1/2 hours there. If you are applying for the summer seasonal position and have a vacation planned, forget it. This is a for-profit institute and summer is their busy season. Taking time off would not fly with them.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
