They first explained what Lindamood-Bell is and then they gave a spelling and critical thinking test. A day later, they called me to come in for an actual interview. The interview was not too hard and they asked me about 5 questions. It took 10 minutes. There was also a role play involved with me, another applicant, and the interviewer. In my opinion, that was the most difficult part.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
