Was not told initially that my first meeting would be a group screening and that I would not speak to anyone in person. Completed the tests set and walked out, disgruntled that I'd made the effort to come over for an "interview" and then not speak to anyone. Did not want to hear back from them as very bad initial impression. Did receive a call however inviting back for an interview - was in need of any work by this point, so attended. Was glad I did - the three ladies that interviewed me were very nice and clearly got on well. This was the impression I should have received first time around. Was delighted to later accept position.
