First interview was basic.
Second interview was tricky. They said they'd send in one group at a time to speak, but they sent in groups from lowest to highest ranking. At the end I was sitting with the head Process and Piping engineers.

The hiring process consisted of a phone screening interview followed by an on-site interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. They requested me to create a presentation about my career and relevant accomplishments. Received an offer two days after my on-site interview. Safety is heavily emphasized during these interviews which is a good indicator of an active safety culture at the site.

Describe a time where you saw someone doing something unsafe and how you intervened.
The interview process was tedious but it was engaging in the sense of the interviewer willing to explain about the working culture, the organization structure and the expectation for the role.
2 interviews: one with the hr and the manager and the second with managers. In the first one they presented the job and the position and they asked me some question, and the second one was more detailed
