The company came to our campus for recruiting GETs. Linde is known for its tough interview process which was proved true. There was a written examination(MCQs) which screened most of the candidates followed by a Group Discussion. The GD was a mess but I could pick up really good points. Only 5 candidates went to the final selection round which consisted of an interview with the Head of the division as well as the GM-Process. It went for more than 45 mins and I was really grilled technically. Only two finally survived the ordeal.

Colloquio
1st round was Aptitude + technical test. Aptitude test was bit easy but technical test was tricky and mostly application based. After the test they shortlisted students and called them for the personal interview at LEI, vadodara.
